We opted for the transfer service from Hanoi, it was really easy and we got dropped off and escorted to the checkin lounge. This was really smooth and took the headache out of travelling with a big group. The staff made sure our family trip was perfect, we had an amazing time and the kids did too! The only thing i would suggest is bringing more swimming clothes as there's plenty of chances to dive in the water or take a jacuzzi on the boat.
